We Are Hax 15-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day return policy on most products. This allows you to return items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, ensuring your peace of mind with every purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

    • Provide your order details including order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions:

    • Our customer support team will review your return request and provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any additional information required.
  3. Pack and Ship the Item:

    • Securely pack the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging, if possible.
    • Include all original accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the product.
    • Ship the package using a traceable shipping method and label provided, keep the tracking number for reference and please send a copy to hello@wearehax.co.uk

Return Conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • The item(s) should be unused, unaltered, and free from damage.
  • We Are Hax reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you once the original item has been received and inspected.

Exceptions:

  • Please note that some products may be excluded from the 15-day return policy. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the product’s listing page.
  • Customised or personalised items, perishable goods, and digital downloads are not eligible for return or exchange.
